Clayton Holiday Concert Knoxville Concert reviews
Sublime live after 15 year wait!
"I bought tickets to see Sublime w/ Rome, and they certainly impressed me. Rome makes a decent replacement for Bradley, although not identical, at least it's the authentic band (Bud and Eric) performing the beloved Sublime music. Rome's stage presence exceeded my expectations and differed from what I had seen in YouTube videos. They performed several shortened songs from 40oz to Freedom; I would have preferred to hear the complete versions and witness a 20-30 minute longer set, but it's still part of the Clayton Holiday Concerts tour.
Clayton Holiday Concerts kicked off with a bang, featuring a fantastic light show, impressive band performance, and outstanding drum and bass solos. The issue with Clayton Holiday Concerts on this occasion is that they are following an iconic band that is starting to find its way with a new lead singer. The music and lyrics of Clayton Holiday Concerts are more simplistic compared to Sublime.
I found myself craving more from Sublime, while with Clayton Holiday Concerts, I was ready to depart. Just to clarify, I am a fan of both."
Better then I thought
Meeting one of the punters, no clue on the name, along with Calvin Pace, Bart Scott, Braylon Edwards, Mangold, Sanchez, Clemens, and the one and only Mr Jerrico Cotchery, was great to see Big #77 Keri Jenkins back on the field.
I sat on the 45 yard line 5th row in a nice padded seat with a cup holder. Yea, I wish I had season tix right there! I was able to see everything.
I think the stadium was really nice. Its more narrower than the other stadium, which I think is a good thing. Fans down low are close to the field, I mean really close. Also, I think it will give us better home field advantage due to it being louder. Jumbo trons everywhere, 4 big ones in all.
Overall, it was an amazing day.
